Ingredients, two capsules provide: vitamin C 100 mg, bioflavonoids 25 mg, vitamin E 16 mg, beta-carotene 4.5 mg, zinc 2 mg, coenzyme Q10 1.5 mg, selenium 100 μg. Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose capsule shell.

All the vitamins and minerals which are used for antioxidants are contained within this formulation and this is boosted by the addition of coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 is produced by the body, so supporting the body to produce coenzyme Q10 is also part of the function here and it also helps to recycle the coenzyme Q10 in the body so that a smaller dose of coenzyme Q10 is needed than is often cited in other products.

Free radical protection is especially beneficial for fertility for both the sperm and the egg as the natural process of conception creates free radicals in the sperm and egg. It also ensures protection of the DNA contained within the sperm and egg.
