Ingredients, one capsule provides: vitamin C 30 mg, vitamin E 10 mg, bioflavonoids 8 mg, zinc 2.5 mg, chromium 60 μg, selenium 25 μg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose capsule shell.
