Ingredients, one capsule provides: kelp powder (Ascophyllum nodosum) 400 mg, iodine 280 μg.

Kelp provides a good antioxidant support and enhances any nutritional regime, and this kelp is particularly good quality, is free from contaminants and comes from a clean, sustainable source, unlike some products on the market.

Iodine is particularly important for fertility support, for the health of the thyroid gland and for the immune system. It is also very useful for people who have PCOS or fibroids. It supports brain function, metabolism and healthy skin and helps to guard against breast cancer.

Contraindications: Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this product. Kelp is not suitable for children or anybody who has been advised to avoid iodine.
